Returns

We accept returns for both new and slightly used items. You can return an order within 30 days of purchase. The process is simple and hassle-free. Please follow these steps:


Defective or Damaged Merchandise:

If you receive defective or damaged products, save all packing material and contact us within 48 business hours of receiving your order.
Email us at ilethunt@gmail.com with your:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Pictures of the damaged product and packaging

  • Description of the defect or damage

Additionally, contact the courier company to lodge a complaint and provide us with the reference number. Once notified, we will assess the damage and begin the return process.


Wrong Item Shipped:

If you receive the wrong item, save all packing material and contact us within 48 business hours.
Email us at ilethunt@gmail.com with your:

  • Full name

  • Order number

Once you notify us of the mistake, we will initiate the reshipping process.


Refunds:

Refunds are processed as soon as possible after returned items arrive at our warehouse. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days, email us at ilethunt@gmail.com, and we will investigate the delay.


Exchanges:

You may request an exchange within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges follow the same process as returns.
If you received a defective or damaged product, notify us within 48 business hours, and we will provide a free-of-cost replacement once the issue has been assessed.
